The CM150E3U-24H is an IGBT Module designed for use in switching applications. The CM150E3U-24H consists of two IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration with each transistor having a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking base-plate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management. The CM150E3U-24H is designed for brake application.
