The LM285Z-1.2 is a Micropower Voltage Reference Diode. Operating over a 10 μA to 20 mA current range, the LM285Z-1.2 features exceptionally low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. On-chip trimming is used to provide tight voltage tolerance.
